Guidelines for the standardized management of precursor chemicals

Recently, the “Guidelines for the Standardized Management of Non-pharmaceutical Precursor Chemicals for Enterprises” issued by the State Administration of Work Safety guided enterprises to do a good job in the management of non-pharmaceutical precursor chemicals and prevent the flow of non-pharmaceutical precursor chemicals into illegal channel.

The guide clarifies the duties of the principal responsible person, the responsible person in charge of the enterprise, the person in charge of sales, the sales personnel, the storage management personnel, the production management personnel, the procurement personnel, and other relevant personnel who are exposed to precursor chemicals, and stipulates the enterprise management organization and procurement. Management, production and storage management, sales management, training and education, information reporting and reporting of violations of laws and regulations.

The guidelines require that all the accounts, files and materials of the production and operation of precursor chemicals should be kept for at least 3 years. It is necessary to gradually establish electronic documents for various accounts, files and materials to realize informationization and dynamic management.
