    Property:

    Crystal sorbitol is white crystalline powder or granule, relative density is about 1.49.Soluble in water(1g sorbitol is soluble in about 0.45 mL water), slightly soluble in alcohol. Sorbitol has a pleasant cool sweet taste, its sweetness is more than that of sucrose, 1 gram of sorbitol can generate about 12.56 KJ heat in the body.
